You can order and pay by credit or debit card through the secure payment gateway; just follow the instructions on the screen after you have finished selecting the items you wish to purchase. Please note we do not accept American Express cards.
We reserve the right to change product ranges, prices and content regularly and without prior notice.
All prices are quoted for UK, US and international delivery by standard post. If you require special delivery please contact me and I will quote you a price before processing your transaction.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 14 working days from receipt of order (not weekends or bank holidays). I cannot be held responsible for postal delivery times. So please allow sufficient time for processing and delivery.
All cards advertised are subject to availability. If stock of a particular card is unavailable, this will be stated underneath the relevant card as soon as possible.
In the event of either a delay or an unexpected stock shortage subsequent to your order, you will be contacted directly and offered either a full refund or an alternative card.
At busy times, delivery times may be extended. We will notify you about this.
Orders will in most cases be sent by Royal Mail postal services.
Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Please notify us immediately in case of problems and before sending the goods back. All return costs are the responsibility of and bourne by, the purchaser, the company shall not be liable for losses incurred by the buyer nor insurance or compensation in the case of non delivery by the buyers chosen carrier or return method. Please check your goods upon receipt as it may not be possible to obtain a refund or exchange if the goods are signed for unchecked.
When returning goods please send it to us at the following address, Yogic Cards, 41 Heather Drive, Biggleswade, Beds, SG18 8UJ, quoting your order reference number and reason for returning. We reserve the right to charge administration fees in the event that returns do not comply with the stated fault. Please state if you would like a refund or an alternative card. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your responsibility until we have received them.
Please take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit, so please ensure you arrange sufficient compensation cover with the carrier and obtain proof of posting. No refund or credit will be given until the goods are received and examined. Please ensure that the correct postage is paid, on returned parcels, we will not accept delivery of any post with charges attached. Please tell us whether you would prefer a refund, or exchange. If you do not specify which, then the amount will automatically be refunded. If you fail to return the goods, or send them at our expense, we can charge you the direct cost of the return, even if we have already refunded your money.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us via email or telephone within 7 days of receipt. Please return your order to us with its packaging and we will send you a replacement card. Please see Cancellation, Refunds and Returns above for returning items. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 21 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed.
We are a mail order company only and are not open to the public at any time. The address above is our office only and we do not have any products on display. A message may be left on our answer phone and we will contact you as soon as possible.
